Dale (KC8ZXF), Clay (KF8UI) and Tony (W8CCT) went up to McLaren around 1530 to install the MSR2000. Things were looking good but then something changed. The controller crashed and all the configuration was lost. They were able to get the controller back online but the voter isn't working with the new setup. We're still investigating what's going on, but as of right now, the MSR2000 is up and running but the voter is down (which means the remotes won't work).
They were there until 2030 trying to figure out what's going on. We need to do some more investigating as to the cabling setup on the voter. Possibly a grounding issue. Basically the issue (as I understand it) with the voter is that no audio was passing from the voter to the repeater. The voter was opening the audio path to the repeater, but no audio was coming across. (I liken it to trying to transmit when you have an improper PL. You can hear it key up but no audio passes through).
We're going to work as quickly as possible to diagnose the cause of the problem and get it up and running.

UPDATE:
We're aware of a pulsing/clicking (motorcycle like) noise when transmitting. It might have to do with how we're pulling the audio from the receiver.
